New Recruitment Opportunities in the Public Sector

It has been decided in the state budget for the year 2026 to open up new recruitment opportunities in the Public Sector, particularly for higher education graduates, with a total of 22,523 positions available.

These positions are distributed across several specialties, according to the statement made by the Minister of Finance during a hearing session held this morning, Thursday, October 30, 2025, before the Finance Committees of the House of Representatives and the Council of Regions.

The Minister added during this session that the State will settle all pending employment files in several sectors, thereby bringing the total number of recruitments to 51,878, including the newly announced positions.
