Tunisian Duo Wins Silver Medal in Lightweight Double Sculls at World Rowing Championships
The Tunisian duo, composed of Khadija Krimi and Salma Dhaouadi, won the silver medal today, Thursday, September 25, 2025, in the lightweight double sculls event at the Senior World Rowing Championships, taking place from September 21 to 28 in Shanghai, China.
The Tunisian athletes finished the race in second place with a time of 7 minutes, 40 seconds, and 90 hundredths. They were ranked behind the Chinese duo, Jiaqi Zou and Ling Fu, who won the gold medal with a time of 7 minutes, 26 seconds, and 12 hundredths. The Peruvian duo, Alicia Palacios and Valeria Palacios, won the bronze medal with a time of 7 minutes, 46 seconds, and 4 hundredths.
